This equipment is designed for the production of canned food - for the sterilization of food products, as well as animal feed, packaged in glass, tin cans, retort bags, lamister containers.
The industrial autoclave for canning vertical electric is equipped with one vertically mounted basket in the housing. Autoclave capacity: for glass jars GOST 5717-81 with a capacity of 500 ml – 150 pcs., 1000 ml – 95 pcs., 3000 ml – 30 pcs.; for tin cans No 21 – 700 pcs., No 39 – 462 pcs., No 6 – 383 pcs., No 3 – 380 pcs.
Heating of water in the autoclave is carried out by heating elements (or steam supplied through an injector, in the IPCS model-128-500- 1P). After the sterilization process is completed, cold water is pumped through the coil, which is located concentrically to the autoclave body, forcibly cooling its internal volume. The autoclave has an electronic control unit for setting process parameters and for automatic regulation and control of temperature and pressure during sterilization.

The autoclave (basket unloading mechanism) IPKS-128-500MV is designed for installing and loading baskets (which contain glass or tin cans with canned products) into the autoclave before sterilization and for unloading these baskets from the autoclave after sterilization and cooling during the production of canned food. The unloading mechanism is a rack made of a round profile pipe attached to the floor and to the wall, on which an arrow with a hoist is fixed. The boom can be rotated at an angle of 170°, which makes it possible to alternately load and unload baskets from two autoclaves located next to each other.

A distinctive feature of the Rg series autoclaves is the introduction into the control system of an electronic recording device-a controller designed for measuring, regulating temperature, as well as for recording the measured temperature in the built-in flash memory with reference to real time and calendar. To upload data to an external storage device, the controller has a USB interface.
