The blanching device (shrinkable bath) is designed for packaging in shrink wrap - carrying out the process of shrinkage of food products pre-packaged in shrink wrap.
Structurally, the blanching device is a one-piece bath fixed in a rectangular frame and insulated from the sides. Six tubular electric heaters are installed in the bottom of the bath.
Inside the bath there is a flat mesh platform that can move in a vertical plane and on which the products packed in shrink wrap are placed.

The professional industrial deep fryer is designed for roasting potatoes, as well as other vegetable, meat, fish and flour products. For ease of operation, it can be equipped with two mesh baskets IPKS-073-04(H) (with a capacity of 13 liters each) and a prefix IPKS-073-07(H), on which baskets with heat-treated product can be installed for draining and collecting fryer.

The paraffiner (for cheese) is designed to heat and keep paraffin and other mixtures in a heated state to cover cheese heads with an insulating layer.
It is a one-piece bathtub fixed in a rectangular frame and insulated from the sides. Heating elements designed for heating the coolant are installed in the volume of the bath. The terminals of the heating elements are placed in an electric box mounted on the side above the surface of the bath and closed with a removable lid. Inside the bath there is a flat mesh platform that can move in a vertical plane and immerse the cheese heads laid on it in paraffin.
