The fat melter is a rectangular bath, in the bottom of which, for complete removal of the molten product by gravity, there is a drain pipe with a stainless steel gate with a diameter of DN50. Inside the bath, a coil made of a square profile pipe is installed in a horizontal plane, which has an inlet fitting for steam supply and an outlet fitting for condensate drainage.

A twin-screw machine for feeding cheese mass into a dosing device (molding machine) is designed for molding cheeses of the Pasta Filata group (Pasta Filata) . The machine for forming cheeses of the "Pigtail", "Chechil", "Mozzarella", "Suluguni" type with the function of melting and kneading is a universal forming machine, with the help of additional prefixes (molding modules) it allows you to produce a cheese product of various shapes (Mozzarella balls, Suluguni washers or threads for "Pigtail" cheese).

The thread-forming autonomous machine with a loading funnel (cheese "Chechil", "Pigtail") is designed to produce cheese thread in the production of cheese "Chechil", "Pigtail". The scrotum allows you to get the product in the form of threads with a diameter of 3 to 20 mm.

The cheese layer shredder is designed for homogeneous grinding (cutting) of the cheese layer. The resulting homogeneous cheese crumbs are used for kneading cheese dough from it in a screw melting device in the production of "Pigtail", "Chechil", "Mozzarella", "Suluguni" cheeses.

The module for the formation of cheese "Suluguni" is a piston-type dispenser with pneumatic drive. The installation allows you to obtain a cylindrical product (in the form of "washers") weighing from 100 to 1500 grams.
The module for forming Mozzarella balls (a drum-type dispenser) allows you to obtain a product in the form of balls, sticks, rectangles of various weights (from 10 to 500 grams).
A module for forming cheese threads ("Chechil", "Pigtail") of various diameters (from 3 to 20 mm). The module for forming cheese threads is attached to a twin-screw machine for feeding the cheese mass into a dosing device with the function of melting and kneading.
