The refrigerating chamber is designed for freezing (intensive cooling) heat-treated products, meat, fish, vegetable semi-finished products, cutlets, dumplings, etc. in order to preserve their nutritional and organoleptic characteristics.
High speed and low (-40°C) the cooling temperature in the shock freezing chamber is achieved by using a compressor-condenser unit of high cooling capacity and a chamber with heat-insulating walls 80-100 mm thick.

The compressor-condenser unit is designed for cooling fresh milk in volume type coolers. The type of refrigeration unit is single-stage, freon (freon R22), compression with an air condenser. It is possible to use this refrigeration unit to cool the product with an initial product temperature of +35 °C and maintain temperatures in cooled volumes from 0 °C to -30 °C.
It can be used in closed rooms with temperatures up to +35 °C. It is possible to use the unit for a freezing chamber and rapid cooling of products with a corresponding volume of 4 cubic meters, 6 cubic meters and 12 cubic meters with a one-time loading of no more than 50-70% of the volume.
