Steam generator (industrial, adjustable) IPKS-129-100R is designed to generate technical steam with adjustable performance. It has a monoblock design: a thermally insulated steam generating boiler, a vortex-type water pump, a power supply and automatic control unit are located in a closed case.
The electrode principle of steam generation ensures high steam quality and high efficiency, makes it possible to obtain steam 10 minutes after switching on. The use of a 6-electrode design allows you to change the performance of an electric steam generator in a wide range.
The butter maker (industrial churn) IPKS-030 (N) is designed for the production of butter by the method of periodic churning of cream.
The oil maker has a paddle-type kneading device for efficient mechanical processing of oil grains; it is equipped with a tap for draining buttermilk. The bowl has a hermetically sealed lid made of transparent plastic, which allows you to visually control all stages of the technological process. It has four swivel wheel supports (with a diameter of 100 mm) with a stopper, allowing, if necessary, to easily move it around the production room.
The oil maker is made of food grade stainless steel.

The pneumatic cheese press IPKS-058-01(N) is designed for pressing cheese heads in a mold. Under the action of compressed air supplied to the press, the rod of the pneumatic cylinder forcefully affects the mold with cheese, forcing the cheese to condense. A special feature of the pneumatic press is the adjustment of the pressing pressure due to the built-in filter regulator. Constant pressure in the pneumatic cylinder makes it possible to obtain cheeses with a uniform dense structure of cheese dough, as well as to obtain a closed surface layer on cheese heads. In order to increase the number of pressed cheeses, the IPKS-058-02(N) press is additionally used, which does not have a filter regulator in its composition.
Cheese press IPKS-058K1 (set of parts for installing molds). The set, in addition to the cheese presses IPKS-058-01(H) and IPKS-058-02(H), allows you to press cheese into molds with a diameter of 120 mm and a height of 90 mm and a diameter of 160 mm and a height of 100 mm. The PV-12 pneumatic cheese press is designed for pressing soft and hard cheeses in molds.
Press trolleys IPKS-025-01(H) and IPKS-025-01(H) are used in the production of cottage cheese for self-pressing and mechanical pressing of a curd clot, for the formation and pre-pressing of a cheese layer; as well as for separating liquid from other products. The curd press trolley is equipped with screw removable pressing devices and removable metal gratings to ensure the drainage of whey or other liquid; it has four swivel wheel supports (125 mm in diameter) with a stopper and a folding handle for easy movement around the production room. The filter (milk) is designed for milk purification at milk processing plants and commodity dairy farms. The filter consists of a housing and a filter cartridge mounted on a flange. The fineness of filtration is determined by the size of the filter mesh cell (200 microns), and the throughput (3, 6, 10, 15 or 25 thousand liters / hour) by the area of the cartridge mesh.
The filter is installed directly on the milk pipelines and during the circulating washing, its cleaning is carried out by a counterflow of washing and disinfecting liquid. For mechanical cleaning, the filter must be disconnected from the pipeline, the cartridge is removed from the housing, the dirt accumulated on the grid is removed with special brushes, and then the cartridge and the housing are washed and disinfected.
